We assess your strength, mobility, balance, and posture using safe, age-appropriate tools like the Senior Fitness Test, grip strength, and movement screens.

Up to 75 minutes — includes discussion, testing, and a printed or digital plan.
These follow-up sessions are built around your personalized program. We focus on:

We offer group fitness classes for senior residences and community spaces upon request. These sessions are low-impact, inclusive, and focus on four key areas to help older adults stay active and independent:

Aquafit Classes – Gentle, water-based movement to support joint mobility, circulation, and overall strength.
Balance & Stability Training – Exercises that improve coordination and help reduce the risk of falls.
ChairFit – A chair-based workout designed to improve cardiovascular health, muscle strength, and endurance. Great for those with limited mobility or anyone who prefers extra support while exercising.

Noah is currently studying Physical Therapy at McGill University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. His interest in working with seniors began while volunteering at the West-Island Cancer Center, where he saw just how much movement could improve someone’s quality of life — not just physically, but emotionally as well.
Since then, he’s gained experience working in private homes and supporting older adults as a kinesiologist at Lakeshore General Hospital and in the community. Over time, he noticed that many people weren’t just looking for exercise — they were looking for support, encouragement, and a way to stay active in their own space and on their own terms.
That’s what led to KeepinFit. The idea was simple: bring expert, personalized care directly to older adults in the comfort of their home. For Noah, it’s not just about physical health — it’s about helping people move better, feel more confident, and stay independent for as long as possible.

Yes! We bring everything needed — like resistance bands, small weights, or balance tools — so you don’t need any equipment at home.
Not necessarily. During your first session, we complete a PAR-Q+ health questionnaire to make sure it’s safe to begin exercising. In most cases, this is enough. If something in your health history requires it, we may recommend checking with your doctor before continuing — but no note is needed before booking.
